However, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
1. Return Eligibility (Online Orders Only)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Defective product

Wrong item delivered
To qualify for a return:

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide photo/video proof clearly showing the issue.

3. Refund Policy
After the returned item is received and inspected:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
4. In-Store Return & Buy-Back Policy (Offline Purchases)
For products purchased physically from the Deewan Jewels store, we offer a 50% Buy-Back Value, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for 50% Buy-Back

The product must be purchased directly from our offline store.

The original bill/invoice must be presented.

The item must be in good condition, without major damage or missing parts.

The buy-back value is calculated at 50% of the billed price.
Non-Eligible Items
The 50% buy-back does not apply to:

Customized or personalized items

Damaged, broken, or heavily worn products

Items without a valid purchase receipt
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
